I have a 3 bed semi detached house not on a council estate, bought privately by norwich city council. It has a new kitchen and bathroom, has been replastered and has gardens front and back. Downstairs bathroom. 2 double bedrooms and a smaller single room. It is centrally heated by gas and has solar panels to help with electric costs. The house allows pets and has an enclosed back garden with new fencing. We are next to Gunton lane recreation park and the Marriots way cycle path which goes from Norwich to Aylsham (26 miles long!) as well as bus routes and local shops close by. You can oark 2 cars off road at the house. We are looking to downsize to a 2 bed bungalow near woodbridge or ipswich areas but would also consider Colchester. I would prefer a council property but would also consider a housing association property if in right location
