Wet room shower. There is an enclosed balcony. It's a great sunspot and lovely in the summer. It takes a couple minutes to walk in to the town, primary school opposite, and train station just up the road Bus stop right outside It is a lovely place to live but we are desperate to move to a two bedroom house, in either Plymouth, Saltash or Ivybridge. I have also just brought a new oven that I am happy to leave and other bits of furniture if wanted. Happy to send photos if wanted
