I have a spacious 1 bed low rise flat .in a really nice block of just 4 flats .nice neighbours . plenty of parking for tenants outside .my flat has fitted wardrobes and own fitted kitchen and is a good size enough room for table & chairs .the front room is a good size aswell has the bathroom there isn't a bath in it it's a shower .but a bath can easily be put in by yourself if you wanted ..also has loads of storage space around the flat and even a loft for storage .I have been here for years but now need to move nearer to family due to being in bad health looking for walkden /boothstown/Worsley/parts of / little hulton /Moseley common.anyone that's looking for a nice flat with everything within walking distance shops /doctors/trams/buses / really nothing is far and can be reached within minutes of walking
