Clwyd Alan 2 bedroom, first floor flat. Open living room and kitchen plan beautiful French doors in the living room, 2 large bedrooms. Open wet room, new build estate. I'm looking for a 3/4 bedroom house with a garden decent size moving due to twins on the way and also have two kids already this 2 bed isn't big enough or convenient for us at all especially being on the first floor it's already difficult so it's only going to get harder. Also if we could be more local to communal areas including shops and our current property is right across from the glan clwyd hospital but the noise from there isn't loud at all we barely even notice any of it.
