We have a large 2 bed ground floor flat (low rise). Both bedrooms are doubles. Very large living room. Adapted shower in bathroom. Lost of starge cupbaords and a built in pantry in the kitchen. Phone intercom system and fob to enter building. Only 6 flats in block, 3 on each floor. Communal garden although only our family use it other than another woman who does some potting in spring. Wooden playhouse in garden (which would be left). Lovely area, close to supermarkets like aldi and morrisons, close to primary and secondary schools and parks. Love nature walks and canal walks near by. Looking for ideally a 3 bed house. Will consider 2 bed for the right property and area. Lookimg to move as our family has grown since us living here. Would ideally like to stay in rakegate/ oxley but happy to look at other areas too.
