Spacious 1-Bedroom Flat Near the City Centre This 1-bedroom flat has been my home for the past 3 years, and I?ve really loved living here. It?s just a 10-minute walk into town, so everything is close by, but it?s also in a amazing spot with great neighbours. The location really is perfect ? it?s only a 15-minute walk to Roath Rec and an extra 10 minutes to Roath Park, so you?ve got plenty of green space nearby too. The flat itself is very spacious, with a big living room and a large bedroom that never feels cramped. One of my favourite things is the amount of storage ? there are 4 large cupboards in the hallway. I use one for coats, another for shoes, one for towels and bedding, and the last for bits like the hoover and other household things ? there?s so much room to keep everything organised. It?s been recently redecorated and has brand-new front doors and new carpet, so it feels fresh and well looked after.
