I have a 1 bed bungalow style ground floor semi detached flat. I think this type of property is called a tyneside flat, where it looks like a house from the outside but it 2 flats. The flat has a very big garden and is nice and private. The photo is not even the half of it. No neighbours out the back just nice views! Close to chelmsley wood shopping center and a nice big park. This property has so much potential and im gutted we have tk move but we have a 2 year old sharing our bedroom now so desperate to move. I have a homeswapper account so please check out my images and message me on there! I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed house depending on if we get approved for a 3. Hoping to stay in the chelmsley wood or solihull area. We need nearby parking even if its not a driveway. Hoping for a decent sized garden. I am on solihull community housing hopefully we can stay on this council but open to swap if I need to.
