I live in a one bedroom housing association flat, second floor. It is a good size for one person well insulated and stays warm in winter. Smart meter heating thermostat. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen. There is also a private car park where you can park more than one car and there is always parking. Combi boiler. Good neighbours. It?s very quiet. 10 minute walk to train station and amenities. My mum has mobility difficulties and needs to be in a ground floor flat or house. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house if possible.
