We have a 3-bedroom council house in Derby with a driveway, downstairs toilet and around a 40ft enclosed garden. Local shops, schools, bus links and a church/caf? are all within a couple of minutes' walk, with the town centre and train station close by. It is a well-loved family home that could do with some decorating. We are looking for a minimum 2-bedroom council house or bungalow with enough space for 4 people, ideally with a separate dining room. Areas considered include Skegness, Burgh le Marsh, Sutton-on-Sea, Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes (not Grimsby) and other nearby coastal locations. We are happy to wait for the right swap and are not looking for any flats.
