I have a 2 bed semi detached house in pe1 3 area of peterborough. Large kitchen/diner. Decent size front room. 1 extra large bedroom. 1 decent sized double which has a big storage cupboard. Bathroom upstairs. Small garden tho. There is a small park outside the front that the children from street use and doesn't get rowdy. 2 bigger parks are within 10-15 minute walk. Lovely nature walks close by. Close to Bus routes. Doctors. Supermarkets. Local shops. Schools. 15 minute drive to city centre for train station and more shops etc. Neighbours are lovely and there's a community feel in the street. Looking for 2/3 bed house ideally but would consider a ground floor flat in Northampton ideally or close to as I don't drive and need to be closer to my kids for health reasons and support. Must allow pets and have somewhere to store a mobility scooter. Happy to be part of a multiswap and have more photos
