One bed fff looking for 2 bed

Swap needed. I have a one bed first floor flat in Sandy. With GCH and DG. It has a bath with over head shower. The bedroom has a build in double slide door wardrobe. I’m in desperate need of a two bed. In little Paxton or sandy. Needs to allow pets though. And I need gas central heating. And double glazing. I am on the housing register, but I’ve been told it might be quicker to try and find a swap. Decor doesn’t really matter as I’ll do it my way anyway.
