Garden has been recently decked , roofed pergola and artifial grass. -no overlooking neighbours to the rear -Parking is communal off road, directly to the side of the house and I have never not been able to park there. I love my house and my neighbours. but due to by daughters disability I need a 3bedroom house only . I am happy to do work on new property so condition really does not matter.
