I have a 2 bed ground floor flat in Salford, manchester. Has a communal garden. One tenant above me. One shed in rear garden for my property plus one for tenant upstairs. Tenant doesn't really use the garden. Shed near front door as well. Close to bus stops. 10 mins to train station. Easy access to motorways. Tesco extra, the Range, Home Bargains, Iceland close by. Doctors, dentists and opticians nearby. Both bedrooms can fit a double bed. I dont mind swapping for another flat.
