SUSSEX LOOKING FOR NORTH EAST

2 bed coach house in private Rd. We are only attached on one side. Own drive and garage. Solar panels and rainwater harvesting system saves on bills. We are on the very edge of Burgess Hill (mid sussex) but come under Lewes District and are situated in East Sussex. It feels semi rural because we can walk out of the house into fields and woodland which stretches to the south downs. Lots of great walks, streams, woodland and open fields. The house is all on one level. The staircase is ridiculously wide! But all the rooms are on the first floor except the entrance hall. The garage is huge, bigger than a single garage. I have used it as an art studio, it has electrics and lighting. ALL NEW flooring, and decorated. We have added coving and made a lot of repairs to improve it. We want to move to either 1) a flat or maisonette in a town or city, garden or patio would be great. But not a deal breaker Or 2) rural house.
