Ideally I would swap for a 3 bedroom house or flat with access to a garden local to Streatham, or Norwood areas . I have already found a willing participant to do a multi swap that has a 2 bedroom with a box room (could be used as an additional sleeping area) flat with garden access in Streatham area off Mitcham Lane. They would move to my 1 bedroom property, you would move to their property and I would move to your property
