We have a three bedroom house in hayes. The bedrooms are a good size, we have one bathroom with a bath, shower, the kitchen is small not enough space for a table but the living room is big. We also have a big garden but it needs work doing (mainly just long grass and a few bits we need to get rid of but that will be sorted before moving in)
