I have a 4 bedroom house, upstairs bathroom and a 2nd toilet downstairs. Very long living room ( I use one end as a dining area). central heating through out with a new boiler (installed just over a year ago). Lovely area, no issues with neighbours, park over the road and big greens behind the house. Close to shops and schools. Town is a 10 minute walk
