I have a 2 bed maisonette which has 6 other flats (2 on each floor). I am on 1st floor so has one lot of stairs that leads to it which is why I'm in need of a ground floor as struggling now with my mobility & awaiting surgery so a property that will make things easier for me would be good. There's a boiler room, kitchen, Large Living room, bathroom & 2 fairly good sized bedrooms. I've been here about 3 years so the decor isn't great as not able to get up ladders now. I don't mind if it's a flat, maisonette or bungalow, as long it's ground floor. I would prefer a property close to my sons school, which is the reason why I want Tile Hill area.
