3 Bed Town house Garage/drive + Garden. ( two flight of stairs ) Needs minimal work that needs doing to it, windows are councils responsibility and need finnishing, its been reported several times and nothings been done, and its adding on to stress that i already have. Unfortunately i dont have any heart what so ever to decorate this property, as it doesnt feel like home at all and when ive tried im never happy with it because im not happy here. Just doesn't feel like home at all. Been here 3 years moving due to MH and 2 flight of stairs that cause distress daily and pain. (Mobility and health. I am looking for a smaller 3 bed property Must be gas & electric I am more then willing to accept a much smaller garden* i have pets) And homes with out showers. ( please do not stress about interior and material aspects ect making your home perfect for viewing, its the house its self im focused on Ideally my concerns are Area Local facilities Schools If we can come to an agreement of some sort, disrepairs ect i would be grateful instead of beating around the bush, im desperate to move, and looking to swap with some one whos got alot of passion for interior, that would love to do a 3 floor town house and make it there own. We can discuss what you would be happy with, and tick things of the list, Please, come open minded. Livingroom was laminated, was done 3 months that i moved here. The living room and kitchen is absolutely huge. Very two big bedrooms + 1 resonasably sized room. Family bathroom 3rd floor. Single toilet 2nd floor.
