I have a lovely 5 bedroom house. On paper it?s 4 bedrooms but I have a stud wall up in lounge to make 5 bedrooms. I also have a bunk bed style room divider to make it 6 rooms. I have a large kitchen dinner. A good sized garden backing onto the woods with a small stream down the bank. I have parking for 3 vehicles but could potentially make more up into the side/rear garden. I have a pool in the garden. And lots of potential. I have a bathroom with corner bath upstairs. Shower and toilet room downstairs. 2 good sized airing cupboards upstairs on the landing. Under stairs cupboard. A tv media wall. I?m happy to leave tv and stereo as fits perfectly in the wall. Due to my disability I can?t keep up with what needs doing in the house. Divorced and want a new start. I want north Devon but my son would like to stay at his school which is north of Romsey near to Salisbury so would also consider Salisbury or Andover for the right property.
