I'm with cube housing. There's been an 11 million pounds refurbishment recently. I have a one bedroom flat which is in a residential area. New kitchens and bathrooms recently fitted. Laminated throughout and freshly painted, decorated. Storage cupboard in hall and built in wardrobes in the bedroom. Very spacious. West end location, great transport links. Good neighbourhood/neighbours. Only reason I have to move is I need a 2nd bedroom.
