I have a lovley sized 2 bed flat right in the heart of sudbury. 2 min walk to the high street. Decent sized kitchen with a large living room and 2 massive bed rooms, both 4mx4m so both room happily fit queen sized beds and wardrobes or lots of kids toys. Good store cupboards inside the flat and also 2 external store cupboards outside the flat. No permit needed to park on this street so can always get parked. Communal garden out the back with plenty of washing line space and grass for kids to play on. Looking to move into a property with a private garden due to our sons needs.
