I have a one bedroom bungalow with an enclosed back garden which is fenced off slabbed and stoned. On street parking at front of house. This is a private gated off area of ten bungalows, good neighbours, with additional communal areas if you wish to make use of them. This bungalow has recently had an upgrade to the bathroom which has a bath and over bath rainwater shower head, kitchen is around six years old with fittings for both washing machine and small dishwasher, gas central heating, new windows installed earlier this year. All flooring would be left in place. This bungalow is in a quiet well cared for area, most neighbours are in their later years with grandchildren who visit occasionally. I am open to viewings if that would be your preference. I would not be looking to move if i did not require to be nearer family for personal reasons. I was hoping for a property near redwell school area, a one bedroom bungalow, or ground level four in a block, I would require garden space also.
