2 bedroom house in a quiet close in Orpington with parking outside. 10 minute walk to train station, 2 min walk to Drs Surgery and 5 min walk to local shops/pharmacy/restaurants/bus stops. 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobe and currently fits a king sized bed, corner wardrobe and chest of drawers, the other bedroom is twice the size that could potentially be split into 2 also with a built in wardrobe. Decent sized kitchen with storage/pantry cupboard. Separate toilet and bathroom. Bathroom being a shower/wet room but have been told that it should have been changed back to the original state with a bath put back before I moved in. I never followed up on this as we were all so used to and happy with the shower. Needing a 3 bedroom house within local areas of Orpington. Absolutely love where I live and have been here for 10 years with no problems! Everyone looks out for each other here and I am actually gutted to have to move from the close, but desperately need a 3 bedroom house.
