Large living room, small kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 large bedrooms, lots of storage and an overgrown but easily fixable garden (not been able to sort it due to health). Paint could do with a touch up or completely changed if you feel like it, carpet and flooring is around 3 year old and in good condition aside from a few food stains which I'm working on getting out.
