One bedroom over 55s flat with sea views

I have a lovely 3rd floor over 55s flat with a balcony with good sea views, overlooking the cricket pitch, with a lift in a good area Mount wise. Tesco express on ground floor level directly under my flat. Wet room walk in newly fitted. Although it says one bedroom l actually have two bedrooms but it's classed as a 1 bedroom due to over 55 rules etc. on bus route, walk to the city centre about 20 mins. The hoe/ Barbican the same. I am looking for a house equivalent to this in being classed as a 1 bedroom flat on paper but in fact has two bedrooms, and with a small garden for my mental health/ wellbeing. I will consider a maisonette, flat but it's essentially not what I'm looking for.
