One bedroom flat with massive living roo

I have a toddler and baby who need a room and a garden to benefit their wellbeing. I am hoping and praying for even just a four in a block as the garden space would also be good for my mental health. It has a massive living room with tons of space. It is a new build it does have several stairs tho. It is a beautiful property and has served me well until I decided to have kids. Its very hard getting a move with the council I just hope that someone is looking to downsize as it looks like the only hope we have.
