I live in a first floor flat (no lift) and wish to move to a ground floor retirement flat or a general needs flat with a lift. My home has a sunny living/kitchen, 2 beds (one is considered a study as is very small), large hallway, 2 storage cupboards, gas c/h and own parking space. I am about 12 mins walk from town centre. Buses to Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot are at the end of my road, as is a Tesco Express. The neighbours are very friendly. I need to move for health reasons, otherwise I wouldn't move at all.
