My 1 bed flat is ground floor with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. There is communal parking to the rear along with an area to dry clothes. The flat is located on Willance Grove, Richmond (DL10). It's situated about half a mile from the town centre and marketplace. It is four miles from the A1(M) junction at Catterick and is very close to local bus routes. I am open to any property as long as it has 1 bedroom minimum, preferably no more than 2 bedrooms. I'm looking for somewhere ideally near to Middlesbrough as long as it has good transport links, happy to consider places like Redcar.
