Looking for a swap: I have a 2 bedroom new build in eastriggs, looks straight onto the countryside, semi-detached, bedrooms have built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, enclosed rear garden, front blocked paved drive way fits 2 cars easily, separate utility room, new lvt flooring throughout the bottom of the house and carpets upstairs. Property is immaculate. Will be sad to leave the house but I require to be closer to work and family so looking for a swap to a 2/3 bed house ideally springholm, CD area, would potentially consider Dumfries.
