I've repainted the living room, kitchen and bedrooms (grey and white theme) and the whole place is carpeted (new carpet when I moved in) except the kitchen and bathroom. It's a ground floor flat with large patio doors that open to a small green area (enough space for a couple of sun loungers or a table and chairs) and the car park, so easy for wheelchairs or prams/buggies to get in and out, also has storage in the main block area. 2 large bedrooms (super king sized bed in the main bedroom in the pictures, for room size reference), large spacious bathroom with bath and shower and a very good sized kitchen! Outside is a private car park which is very quiet and safe! Brilliant if you have little ones as there's other children in the block and they all love to play outside the front together!! I'm a 7 minute walk from town (bus and train station), 2 minutes from nearest shop, 5 minutes from Sainsbury's, plenty of nursery's, primary schools and secondary schools all within walking distance
