One bedroom spacious flat, fourth floor in a beautiful quiet block. Right next to the leisure centre in Uxbridge. Big double patio doors in the front room a massive kitchen, decent sized bedroom and a lovely little bathroom with a bath. The estate and the block in its self is very laid back and quiet. It is a five minute walk from shops and Uxbridge town centre bus stop across the road which you can go in to Ruislip or west Drayton. I am looking for a ground floor flat due to poor diabetes and I find it hard to walk up stairs i would like a bath preferably. And a decent sized kitchen im not asking for much I am willing to fix things or repairs there is no repairs needed here also. Everything works and is in good condition just the flooring in the kitchen and hallway will need to be touched up.
