No rush, waiting for the right one. 3 bed house with front parking carport which I’ve added gates. The garden has numerous electrical points, a huge wooden solid shack with wood burner. A wooden day bed, two hand built sheds. Lighting. Everything anyone would desire. 2 double bedrooms 1 single. Brand new wet room. Downstairs toilet large front room good sized kitchen. Everything decorated except the hallway due to being disabled. Attic has been fitted with flooring and large shelves My home is “my” dream I’m only considering moving as I’d like to go back to all my family. But I won’t move on a whim. I will want a a home that’s of similar standards. Also I will check crime rates and estate/area for feedback As yes I live on an estate but it’s quiet I’ve been here for 14years, it’s known as one of the poshest areas in Chelmsford.
