I have a one bedroom ground floor flat in a small block (only 2 floors, 8 flats total) It's in a leafy, quiet village with local shops, doctors, church, school etc There are communal gardens at the back, but I have my own side garden as I'm at the end of the block. I have added a patio, and there are mature trees and shrubs. The rooms are a decent size. Wetroom and toilet combined, kitchen, lounge (with 2 aspect windows. One which looks out on my garden). Bedroom. Box room (large ish storage cupboard which I've converted to a walk in wardrobe.) Plenty of storage cupboards
