Im looking to move to a ground floor flat or bungalow im currently living on a top floor maisonette 2 bedroom, only moving due to illness and disability and needing to be closer to family, 5 mins walk from walthamstow high street, 5 mins walk from blackhorse road station. Very lovely area and close to schools and all amenities. Have lived here over 48yrs but due to deteriating I need to be closer to family members, bedrooms are all nice sizes, have your own balcony and shared garden. You also have a downstairs shed that is yours alone, has all intercom and security.
