House swap with Cece

Our house is a beautiful home in a New development. It has a swimming Pool,leisure Center, Gym which are all across the road just. The nursery schools and Primary schools and secondary schools are all 5 Minute walk away. The town Center is also only 10/15 minutes away... Our house is away up at the back of the development on a row with about 9 but no houses in Front just trees and its very peaceful... Our neighbours are all lovely and there is never any Noise only the sounds of the trees in the Wind which i love!!! 3 bedrooms 2 of which are massive and could fit 2 kingsize beds in maybe 3???? my room is smaller with a small double bed but its still a good size... shower and bath upstairs, wetroom down stairs. Private driveway and big garden with a Cabino and pergola.... im looking for 3/4 bedroom in quiet area or on its own, countryside would be perfect?
