The flat feels roomy — all rooms are decently sized with multiple large storage cupboards and a practical wetroom. There’s a residents-only car park, plus multiple lifts and staircases connecting directly to Whitecross Street, Errol Street, and Lambs Passage. The block has a lovely caretaker who keeps everything well looked after, and it’s a settled, family-friendly building with mostly families rather than lots of other one-beds.
