We have a 3 bed home in a quiet coastal area near Aberystwyth (Cardigan area, West Wales). The house is spacious with a garden and close to beaches, countryside walks and local amenities. It’s a peaceful location but still within reach of larger towns. We’re looking for a 2–3 bed house and are mainly interested in Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. We’re also open to places in Cambridgeshire (Ely, St Ives, March, Huntingdon) or other locations with good access to shops, transport and ideally near water.
