2bgff in herne bay

I have a well maintained 2bgff in a quiet area but near to all amenities. Close to the seafront. A lovely park.Nice smallish town.Plenty of choice for main supermarkets. Free parking permit for each flat.Economical to keep warm. Looking for a bungalow but I dont mind another flat as long as its ground floor and over 50s.Need a few shops and on main bus route to others. No big hills to get up either please. Must accept my cat too.looking for charmouth in Dorset, but happy to consider other places in kent,Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset.
