Hello I currently live in a lovely 3 bedroom house near the princess of wales hospital. I am desperate for a 4 bedroom house due to my children?s needs changing and currently having to use my living room as a bedroom area.
We are in a lovely area with amazing neighbours there is a park at the top of the street with a shop near by and a short walk into town. Bridgend train station is also in walking distance. I wouldn?t be looking to swap if I had the space this would be where I would stay as it is so lovely here it just unfortunately isn?t a suitable property anymore. We have had a brand new bathroom fitted 2 weeks ago and are awaiting a brand new roof due to be complete in the next month.
