I have a 3 bedroom townhouse in central Cambridge, close to the city centre. I am looking to swap for a 3 bedroom property in Central Norwich, preferably NR1 or NR2. I must be able to walk to the Cathedral area. I need to move for work. My house has two large double bedrooms and one single. It has a kitchen, living room, cloakroom and toilet on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and s large double bedroom, toilet and very large cupboard on the second floor. The property has a small garden. The doctors surgery is s minutes walk away, the train station takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to. Close to some very good schools and colleges. It is s ten minute walk to Mill Road and 15 minutes to the city centre. A new kitchen has recently been fitted. I need to swap to Norwich and only Norwich, so please do not contact me if you are outside of that area. I would consider a 2bed if it had a dining room that doubled as bedroom.
