It's in a quiet cul-de-sac,has a wet room, the kitchen is small this is done so if occupant in wheelchair easy to get to everything. Small front garden, designed by myself. Communal back garden, although no back door, the communal garden is easy to get to, by out of front door and a few steps left to get there. Large lounge and main bedroom , small bedroom has a false wall, which was made for storage. But can very easily be removed to bring back the bedroom to normal size. Needs decorating because of family issues and my own health issues over last 5/6 years. Same reason I need to move.
