I have a 2 bed Maisonette on the 1st floor, just off Avenell Road Islington near Highbury Barn with right to buy. It has 2 double bedrooms. I have a good size balcony, the toilet is separate to the bathroom with is situated downstairs. I also have a shed and a bicycle shed that I rent that would be avaible with the property. Parking is resident permit, Great location, great transport access to central London. Arsenal station is a 5 min walk which is the Piccadilly line and 10 minutes to Kings Cross on the tube. Highbury and Islington tube station (Victoria line) is a bus ride away taking around 10 minutes, or you can walk to upper street in around 15/20 mins. We’re looking for a 3/4 Bedroom property, Would prefer a house but would consider a maisonette/flat, preferably ground floor or basement property with a garden.
