3 bedroom 3 story house in avonmouth

We have a 3 bedroom house in avonmouth with garden. Located near shops & parks. All bedroom are fairly good size including a very large loft bedroom. We have a garden however it would need a fix up! I am looking for a downsize, ideally a 2 bedroom house, flat, apartment anything. I would like to be more central best case. Any areas surrounding bedminster, redland, Montpellier, St Paul?s or any surrounding area would be ideal. I have a cat and would need to be able to take him with. Rent is currently around ?500 so would ideally like something in a similar range.
