New build house, we?ve been the first to live here after it being built in 2023. our house has 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, decent size kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom, under stairs storage, good sized garden, allocated parking space toward the back of the house.
we have a park directly opposite, although some people aren?t a fan of the idea we have never had any problems within the 3 years of living here, neighbours are friendly, we?re very close to the wellington town also! plenty of schools and nursery?s nearby.
