I have a ground floor flat, two double bedrooms, private front and rear gardens. There is one flat above me, there is nothing communal about the property. New triple glazed doors and windows last year, a new low level shower and bathroom flooring last year A 10 min walk takes you to the high street for all your shopping needs, 10 mins in the other direction takes you to a huge park, with an historic house, nature trails children's play areas, all free. I totally love living here, but for family reasons need to move back to England, low rent £320 a month, quiet peaceful area. Will take a decent sized one bed, with a garden but would prefer a two bed due to working from home and needing the extra room, or a garden that can take a summer house. will look at any property.
