Lovely little 2 bed terraced house down a quiet cul de sac. Lovely neighbours too. There are local transport via bus & train (laindon & basildon). There is a local shop 2 minutes walk away, pipps Hill retail park is a 5 minute drive. The house itself does need some tlc, it's just not possible for myself to do it due to unforseen health issues. Nice sized front & back garden too. Also, parking spaces out front for 2 cars. Feel free to message me :) I wouldn't move if I didn?t need more space.
