Only reason for swap is I am in need of a 3 bed. My children are getting older. Girl and boy so needing own bedrooms now. 2 large bedrooms. Garden. 2 parking bays. Bathroom and downstairs toilet. Great size. Lovely quiet area. Lived here for alot of years so very sad to have to move.
