I have a 2 bed second floor flat with parking out the front. It has a private front and back garden with a spacious concrete shed. We live above people but no one lives above us. The kitchen has been done in the past 2 years along with the windows. All rooms are a decent size and the master has a little built in wardrobe. We are currently redecorating so I don't have any photos up as of yet. We are very serious about a swap and are looking to stay in kingskerswell or surrounding areas (Newton abbot, torbay and Teignmouth)
