I have a two bedroom ground floor in a quiet out of the way curl-de-sac in Blackfen, a minutes walk to the local shops. Good sized living room and main bedroom, second bedroom is smaller but big enough for a double bed, wardrobe and other units. The kitchen is cosy but very practical with lots of cupboard space and a bathroom with an electric shower and bath. There are two big storage cupboards in the communal area directly outside the front door. The garden is quite big and has a new fence at the rear of the garden. Off-road parking. I only want to move as I have a big family and need more space. I am looking for a three bed, ideally without a single room, but if it has a dining room that could work. Nothing above a first floor, in bexley areas, beckenham areas or Brighton/hove areas
